At Varsity, we are always looking at the mature market from different angles – their wants, needs and behaviors. We recently took a look at how the foodservice industry relates to the mature market and published our most recent white paper: “How mature consumers’ attitudes about food will create opportunities for foodservice companies and manufacturers.”

Even within the mature market, preferences and tastes differ. We wanted to discover how foodservice operators balance this, and appeal to this demographics’ needs and likes. In the course of our research we uncovered the role food plays, the challenges being faced by operators, and the opportunities that exist. We wanted to know how the rising trend in homecare services would change foodservice industry. We found these answers and other powerful insights through this study.
